MISSIONARY TRAINING – INTERCULTURAL MINISTRY
As part of the 3-year TC Studies curriculum, students are required to complete a minimum of 120 hours of practical training. Normally, students complete these hours by participating in various ministries at the churches they attend on Sundays..
With TC Studies, these 120 hours are covered by sending the student to a short mission trip. The NOVUS Foundation partners with different churches around the world to create synergies that benefit both churches and students, generating opportunities for students to go on short mission trips to gain practical experience not only in Poland.
The TC Studies program includes important subjects such as World Missions, World Religions, Intercultural Communications and others that prepare students to become trained missionaries.
We believe that missionary training coupled with experience will encourage and motivate students to seek a mission’s involvement or engagement in church planting.
