4. Wait for an email from TC Studies
TC Studies Application’s Office will review, analyze and validate all documents sent by you. Should there be any questions (e.g. extra information, re-send of a SCAN, etc.), you will be notified by email. As soon as the Application’s Office validates all your documents, you will be invited to attend an online Meet-and-Greet interview with TC Studies Admission’s Office.
5. Attend the Meet-and-Greet online interview
This is more a conversation meeting than an interview. We want to know you better and want to give you the opportunity to know us better as well. During this meeting we will talk about your spiritual life, your talents and your involvement at church. This will help us assess your spiritual compatibility with TC Studies.
We advocate transparency and that is why we want to inform you about the costs of tuition and all other fees, as well as to let you know the possibilities for scholarships. Additionally, we want to discuss about the academic aspect of the program, including your understanding of TC Studies Protestant Evangelical Christian curriculum.
After the Meet-and-Greet interview, you will receive an email from TC Studies Admissions Office to inform you whether you can proceed with the enrollment process.
If the information you receive is negative, TC Studies Admissions Office will provide you with a detailed explanation as of why you cannot proceed with the enrollment process. If you decide to dispute the decision, you must write an email explaining why you don’t agree with the decision. It may be possible to plan a second interview to reassess the decision.
If the information you receive is positive, TC Studies Admissions Office will provide you with a detailed email explaining the next steps to take, including a summary of the financials discussed during the online meeting, signing of a Student Contract and instructions about the Accommodation Agreement. Additionally, a bank account information will be added for you to pay all the fees.
6. Tuition fee payment and all other applicable fees
The academic year starts the first week of October. All fees must be paid by September 15. Please send us a SCAN of proof of payment. Unpaid applicable fees will result in the cancelation of your application process.
Please be aware that if you plan to apply for a student visa, ALL applicable fees must be paid BEFORE we send you the Official Documents. These Official Documents are imperative for you to be able to apply for a student visa.
All fees are shown in USD.
Payments in USD or PLN are accepted according to the current exchange rate.
