We don’t aim to plant megachurches, which rely on large crowds. Instead, our goal is to plant churches in small and medium-sized communities, bringing the church closer to the people. TC Studies graduates will be well-prepared to lead a congregation and become integral part of their communities through actions of servant leadership. Each new church will have a church leader and a trained counselor, benefiting both the congregation and the community.
From October 2024 to October 2029, the NOVUS Foundation will plant at least four churches in Poland. These churches will be named Christian Fellowship (CF):
- 2024-25: CF-SPANISH – Warsaw (November 2024). CF-SPANISH already meets every Tuesday at 18:30 at the International Christian Fellowship premises in Warsaw, Poland.
- 2026-27: 1st CF-ENGLISH – Warsaw
- 2028-29: 1st CF-POLISH – Waiting for God’s instructions
- 2028-29: 1st CF-UKRAINIAN – Waiting for God’s instructions
These four churches will provide TC Studies students with unique opportunities to develop their God-given talents. Additionally, TC Studies students will be motivated and trained to plant churches not only in Poland but wherever God calls them.
Furthermore, the NOVUS Foundation has a strategy in place to finance churches planted by TC Studies graduates. The foundation aims to support each student group called to plant a church with a 9-12 month offering of up to 1,000 USD per month.

All these churches planted, or at least most of them, will potentially have one thing in common: their leaders are TC Studies alumni.
- TC Studies Alumni Fund:
Once the planted church is well established, the leaders of the church, as TC Studies alumni, will be encouraged to voluntarily contribute financial support to TC Studies, their alma mater. TC Studies alumni will have the motivation to help other TC Studies graduates in the same way they received help to plant their church.
NOVUS Foundation will organize the TC Studies Alumni Fund – financial donations or offerings given to the TC Studies Alumni Fund will be used exclusively to support church planting by TC Studies students.
Also, we know that our Lord and Savior will bless NOVUS Foundation financially. NOVUS Foundation’s tithes will be assigned to support church planting. - TC Studies Missionaries:
Additionally, these planted churches, as they grow, will need the assistance of missionaries. This opens yet more opportunities for TC Studies students to become “missionary-in-training”.
