To complete the cycle and allow it to run continuously, new students are essential. Every student will be guided and trained to recruit new TC Studies students from wherever God leads them.
Students will have numerous opportunities to recruit new students. For instance, when a student serves as a TC Studies missionary-in-training, or after graduation, while planting a church, members of the congregation can become potential candidates. Extending even further, community members also become potential candidates since TC Studies graduates are equipped to lead not only a congregation but also a community.
With God always at the center, we are committed to the Lord in everything we do. We trust that, as He promises, He will establish our plans. This holistic mission (TC Studies, Missionary Training, Church Planting, and Harvest Students) must work in synergy, each component supporting the success of the others.
