HARVEST TC STUDIES STUDENTS

To complete the mission cycle and ensure its continued growth, it is essential that new students join the TC Studies program each year. For this reason, every TC Studies student is intentionally trained and encouraged to help recruit new students—from wherever God leads them and through the ministry settings where He places them.

Students naturally become ambassadors for the program as they serve in churches, mission fields, and community ministries. During their missionary-in-training experiences, or later as graduates planting churches and serving in leadership roles, they build relationships with believers who may be called to follow the same educational and ministry pathway. Congregation members, ministry partners, and even those they encounter in their local communities become potential future TC Studies students.

As a foundation, we are committed to stewarding God’s resources faithfully and keeping administrative costs as low as possible. We develop our own recruiting campaigns and design our own promotional materials, allowing us to allocate funds toward scholarships, ministry development, and global mission partnerships. Because of this model, our students play a vital role in helping spread the word about TC Studies—inviting others to prepare for ministry just as they have been invited and equipped.

Furthermore, sending TC Studies students into churches as missionaries-in-training opens new doors for partnership. As pastors witness the character, training, and passion of our students, they often welcome NOVUS Foundation representatives to visit their churches, share our vision, and recruit new students from within their congregations. In this way, the mission multiplies through relationships, testimony, and shared ministry.

With Christ always at the center, we trust God to guide our steps. We remain committed to Him in every decision and every effort. As Scripture reminds us, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” The TC Studies mission functions as an intentional, Spirit-led cycle—TC Studies, Missionary Training, Church Planting, and Harvesting Students—each part strengthening and advancing the others. Together, they create a sustainable, multiplying movement of servant-leaders who are prepared to serve His Church and His world.
