MISSIONARY TRAINING – INTERCULTURAL MINISTRY
As part of the 3-year TC Studies curriculum, students are required to complete a minimum of 120 hours of practical ministry experience. While many programs allow students to complete this solely through local church involvement, TC Studies expands this vision. Under the direction of the NOVUS Foundation, students are given opportunities to complete these hours through short-term mission trips and ministry immersion experiences.
The NOVUS Foundation partners with churches and ministries around the world, creating meaningful opportunities for students to serve in diverse cultural settings. These partnerships allow TC Studies students to gain hands-on ministry practice not only in Poland, but in various countries and contexts worldwide.
TC Studies is a Protestant, evangelical Christian program open to all Protestant evangelical believers from any country and denominational background (for example: Baptist, Presbyterian, Pentecostal, Anglican, Methodist, Lutheran, and others). We believe missionary preparation is enriched when students learn from the global body of Christ and serve side-by-side with believers from various evangelical traditions.
Missionary Training at TC Studies is designed as Intercultural Ministry Formation. Students are prepared to:
- Understand biblical foundations for missions
- Develop cultural sensitivity and global awareness
- Communicate the gospel across cultural and linguistic barriers
- Engage respectfully with people of different faith backgrounds
- Serve with humility, wisdom, and Christ-centered compassion
The curriculum includes key courses such as World Missions, World Religions, Intercultural Communication, and Christian Leadership, forming students to think missionally and serve cross-culturally with theological conviction and emotional maturity.
We believe that practical missionary experience combined with strong theological preparation equips and inspires students to pursue God’s call—whether in long-term missions, church planting, cross-cultural ministry, or global Christian service. Our desire is to see graduates who are ready to step into God’s mission wherever He leads and serve any person He brings into their path.
TC Studies shapes students to be Great Commission leaders who share Christ with humility, respond to global challenges with faith, and build bridges of understanding in a world that deeply needs the gospel.
