In an ever-changing world, God is unchanging—His Word remains the same, and for those who walk with Him, His promise is steadfast. The NOVUS Foundation brings deep expertise in international evangelical Christian university education, committed to nurturing leaders who serve with wisdom, humility, and conviction.
Our vision is to strengthen Christian leaders through biblically grounded, practical education in order to advance the Gospel and equip believers to lead into the future. We are a team of evangelical Christians, guided by God’s calling, committed to preparing students for the mission field, equipping and encouraging church planters, and training counselors through the “TC Studies” program and other NOVUS educational initiatives.
Through a unique, God-ordained partnership with WBST International Theological College in Warsaw, NOVUS supports the TC Studies program: a 3-year accredited bachelor’s degree in Theology with a strong emphasis on Christian counseling. The program is taught in English and led by faculty and mentors devoted to biblical faithfulness, spiritual formation, and real-world ministry practice.
A defining strength of TC Studies is its emphasis on practical ministry. Through NOVUS’s global network of churches and partner ministries—spanning diverse evangelical denominations—students gain hands-on experience in missions, church work, counseling, and discipleship. This journey fosters resilience, spiritual maturity, and a servant-leader heart.
Graduates emerge prepared for a wide range of ministry pathways, including pastoral leadership, church planting, missions, Christian counseling, nonprofit service, and community outreach. TC Studies forms leaders who understand Scripture deeply, serve others wisely, and step confidently into God’s calling.
The program offers a fully accredited European bachelor’s degree in Theology, enriched by over 400 hours of specialized instruction in Christian counseling. This equips students not only for theological leadership but also to serve with a counselor’s heart in congregations, NGOs, hospitals, foundations, and community organizations.
We believe our mission goes beyond instruction—it is formation. We shape servant-leaders who invite Christ into every relationship, every challenge, and every ministry opportunity. We are confident that our graduates will be academically prepared, spiritually grounded, relationally skilled, and culturally sensitive—ready to serve the global body of Christ with wisdom and grace.
We place God at the center of all we do. We humbly labor for His Kingdom and His glory, committed to being faithful stewards of every gift and every student entrusted to us.
