Theology and Counseling Studies – TC Studies

TC Studies – 3-Year Program

TC Studies offers a fully accredited European undergraduate degree in Theology (Bachelor of Arts in Baptist Theology). Additionally, the program curriculum includes over 400 hours of formal training in Christian Counseling, and students earn a Christian Counseling Certificate of Completion from the NOVUS Foundation through the NOVUS Counseling Center.

This Protestant, evangelical Christian program is open to all Protestant evangelical Christians from any country—Baptists, Presbyterians, Pentecostals, Anglicans, Methodists, Lutherans, and more.

Students receive a Christ-centered, Scripture-rooted education with a dual focus on theology and ministry formation. We aim to foster academic and intellectual growth, impart practical ministry skills, and equip students through theological courses and specialized classes such as Fundraising, Servant Leadership, Christian Psychology, Interpersonal and Intercultural Communication Skills, Healing Questions, Introduction to Christian Mentoring, Christian Counseling, and more.

The curriculum also includes carefully selected theological subjects that reflect the richness and diversity of Christian tradition and world religions: for example, Introduction to Protestant Theology, World Missions, Church History, World Religions, Theological Ethics, Baptist Theology, History and Theology of Revivalism, History of Evangelicalism and Pentecostalism, Distinctives of Presbyterianism, Reformed Ecclesiology and Polity, and Study of Islam. We believe that understanding this variety is essential for faithful, respectful, Spirit-led Christian counseling, as a person in need may come from any background—denomination or religion—and we trust that God will guide them to you. You must be prepared to serve with wisdom, compassion, and theological clarity wherever God sends you and to minister to whomever He places in your path.

All Protestant evangelical Christians are welcome to enroll; there is no age limit. Active pastors and ministry leaders may qualify for special discounted tuition fee arrangements.

Upon graduation, students are prepared to serve the global body of Christ in multiple ministry pathways: pastoral leadership, church planting, cross-cultural missions, Christian counseling, non-profit and NGO outreach, and community service. TC Studies equips students not only to lead a congregation but to serve wider communities thoughtfully and compassionately.

Through TC Studies, you will become a servant-leader with a counselor’s heart: grounded in Scripture, formed for ministry, equipped for a complex world. We place God at the center of all we do, empowering you to humbly labor for His Kingdom and His glory with clarity, compassion, and cultural sensitivity.
